Vendor Information
This year we will once again be accepting vendors at Nokesville Day. All vendors will be placed along Fitzwater Drive. Please read all of the information below. Don't wait to send in your application!
For this year, we're charging ONLY $25 if the money is postmarked before the 1st of May. If it comes in after, the charge will be $30. We would like to have a variety of vendors, so please send a message on the Contact Us page and explain what you're planning to offer, and we will let you know if you can participate in our event. Last year we had two frozen treat vendors participate, and the both did very well considering the amount of people we had attend. We will be selective in who can come out, so if you have something different and would like to be considered, please send us an email.
The Festival will run from 9AM to 3PM, so all vendors need to arrive, and set up by 830AM. No vendors will be allowed in after 830AM, and all vehicles must be parked and out of the way by 830AM in the designated vendor parking. There will be NO vehicles parked next to your vendor location.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs, and of course merchandise. This is an outdoor event, Rain or Shine. For those of you who need electricity, you need to bring your own generator. The Ruritans will not provide any power for other people to use.
The fees for each sale and exhibit space are non-refundable:
Postmarked on or before May 1st: $25
Postmarked after May 1st: $30
As we get vendors, I will personally add them to our website for a list of vendors who are coming (below), so that you can check online if your business is already being represented. As soon as we get the mail and record your business, I will personally update our website. If we get duplicate vendors, it will go by the earliest postmark date on the application so if you want to be considered for a spot, be sure to get your application in early.
